FACILITATION

You may be the leader of a team or a member of a team where...

 

  • Everyone on the team is good at their jobs and really likes one another, but the team is not collectively high-performing

  • The real conversations happen before or after the meetings or privately over chat during meetings, but there is not open and honest communication as a group

  • The urgent overwhelms the important and long-term priorities are side-lined or lack focus and sustained momentum

  • Annual strategic planning cycles are opaque and do not meaningfully cascade into budget, talent and planning decisions to align to the strategic direction

  • It's not clear what success looks like or how to measure progress

When someone is not performing, I often wonder if it's a skill or will issue.  Training can marginally improve 'will', but it's most effective for skill building.

 

I offer customized training that is relevant to your organizational priorities and context.  Context is so important for the training to be relevant and 'sticky.'  I have delivered training across the following topic areas and can customize training that is most applicable:
